Sausalito, CA – September 21, 2010 – PRANDI Property Management Opens New Sausalito Office on Bridgeway
PRANDI Property Management, Inc., CRMC is proud to announce the opening of a second office in Sausalito. The expansion increases PRANDI’s visibility in Southern Marin and allows the firm to be readily accessible to existing and new clients in the area.
The Sausalito office will act as support for PRANDI Signature Properties, PRANDI’s newest property division. This offering better serves the needs of our luxury property leasing and ongoing managed clients.

Melissa Prandi has owned PRANDI Property Management for over 28 years and is actively involved in many community aspects of Marin County. Many of her staff members are also involved in giving back to our community through various organizations. Melissa has shared her vast amount of expertise by authoring two books; The Unofficial Guide to Managing Rental Property and The Idiot’s Guide to: Success as a Property Manager.
